The experience of feeling valued.

We’ve built a different kind of firm – one in which “corporate values” is more than just a boardroom exercise. Our core values of expertise, loyalty, and altruism form the very basis upon which we operate.

Our Core Values

Expert advisors, loyally serving our clients, with altruism as our primary motivation. These core values are drivers of both our internal culture and the principles by which we serve clients.

  • Expertise

Our expertise becomes your expertise. With a focus on both depth and breadth of investment knowledge, we work to stay up to date on the economic, tax, and legislative events to help you make informed decisions. We have targeted experts in specific fields so that no matter your situation, we have or can find the answer.

  • Loyalty

We go beyond just being a fiduciary. We’re your loyal advocate. As a guide through the maze of regulation, investment providers, and industry jargon, we stand by your side every step of the way.

  • Altruism

Altruism is the selfless concern for the well-being of others. We’re a business with a heart and it’s our mission to empower you to achieve your goals and capitalize on opportunities. Simply put, we’re in business to help others and we look for employees that share those same ideals.

process.

Maybe you are starting a business, or selling one. You might be building a benefit plan for your employees. Perhaps you’re sending a child off to college or preparing for your own retirement.

In all situations, having a clearly defined process, with set objectives and tools to measure progress, is essential to achieving your goals.

  • Like our investment analysis, the first step in our process is both qualitative and quantitative.

We want to understand your goals, history, motivation, and concerns. At the same time, we’ll need to take a deep dive into your numbers. We will conduct a thorough document review to understand all the relevant facts and figures about your financial situation.

Just as an architect will create as-built drawings before mapping out a building remodel, we want to understand your current situation before recommending any changes.

  • We are teachers at heart and as we develop a plan, we want you to understand as much of the why as the what.

Our planning is a collaborative process. In building out investment strategies for both corporate and individual clients, we work together to find the best fit for you. Any plan can look good on paper, but without your insight, it won’t be the right plan for you.

  • Putting a plan into action can be the most difficult, but one of the most important elements of our process.

We are meticulous when it comes to follow through and thrive on challenging situation. Our team will see to every detail in bringing your plan to life and keeping you up to date along the way.

  • Plans change. It’s unlikely that you or your business is the same today as they were a year ago.

Not only do our businesses and personal situations change, but the world changes around us. Geo-pollical events, market changes, and legislative and tax changes can all impact the original plan we designed.

We consider our plans as “living documents,” flexible and ready to change as needed. Reviewing your plan, measuring progress and objectives, and making the necessary changes to keep your plan current are all part of our ongoing review process.
