Jennifer is a seasoned retirement services professional with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and businesses navigate complex financial planning decisions. She holds an MBA from Ottawa University, along with undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Business Management, giving her a well-rounded perspective that combines financial expertise with a deep understanding of client behavior and decision-making.
As a former Third-Party Administrator (TPA), Jennifer brings deep technical knowledge in plan design, compliance testing, and regulatory requirements. She has extensive experience conducting nondiscrimination testing, optimizing plan structures, and guiding organizations through evolving retirement plan regulations. In addition, she is passionate about advancing financial wellness and regularly provides fiduciary training, empowering plan sponsors to make informed, compliant decisions that support long-term participant outcomes.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has built a strong reputation for delivering strategic, client-focused solutions grounded in trust, precision, and long-term results. As a commissioned notary public, she further demonstrates her commitment to accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service. Outside of her professional work, Jennifer is a dedicated athlete who competes in women’s semi-professional football for the Midwest Mountain Lions, reflecting her discipline, resilience, and team-oriented mindset.
